Gastronomy plays a very important role in Santorini. Among others, the fresh local products, such as fava (caper) and the famous cherry tomato, as well as traditional recipes highlight the island's culture. We will be happy to teach you how to cook some ot these recipes during our cooking lessons held in a special hall of Aroma Avlis restaurant.
Our chef will show you how to make tomato balls (tomatokeftedes), fava, Santorinian salad- and some more creative dishes.
After your cooking lesson you may enjoy the dishes you have created, paired with wines from Artemis Karamolegos winery. Or, have a full meal in our restaurant.
